In Three Years Experts Hope To Release A Cure For Those Allergic To Peanuts

Monday, March 1st, 2010

Within the next three years there might be a cure for ones that are allergic to peanuts because of a British doctor and recent studies. Dr Andrew Clark with the Addenbrooke’s hospital is going to be starting a 1 million pound NHS research project that is only focused on peanut allergy.

Not only does Dr. Andrew Clark feel that this study will help those with Peanut Allergies but feels that it might put a stop to all of those who have food allergies and that they won’t have them again.

During the next month at least 104 children will be studied and see if this new way will help them with their food allergies. He is hoping that when it is their birthday they will be able to have chocolate and chocolate cake without having any reactions to the food.

In three years the trial will be reported and people all over will be waiting to see if his studies are going to help or if they might be a waste of time but many think that this is going to change a lot of things and help many children out. A lot are looking forward to what happens with this study.
