Against All Odds A 4 Year Old Boy Survived Three Days Of Being Buried In The Haiti Quake

There has been a lot of despair in Haiti recenly as the number of people who are dead keep on rising and as the number of people missing still remain not found so the despair lingers in Haiti. That despair was lifted for a few minutes when a 4 year old boy was found alive in a home that was two stories. He was dehydrated and exhausted but nothing had hurt his body or crushed his bones during the quake.

People worked for a very long time to help get the boy free and did it in the sun when it was very blazing and hot. Everyone was exhausted after it was done. The boy’s aunt and mother escaped but Paul was thought to be dead and buried somewhere in the rubble because he was on the ground floor when it happened.

Family and friends had been climbing on top of the house for awhile and searching but hearing nothing while they looked. Someone who worked for Paul’s mother named Rene Contant heard the child’s voice and crying. After that they started digging and digging. His mother and people all around call it a miracle that he was able to survive the earthquake.
